Our IoT-Center ensures a quick and precise connection and identification of all IoT devices (microcomputers, controllers, sensors, expansion cards, etc.) as well as an effective establishment of communication between all components of the network. The integrated administration and visualization tools enable real-time monitoring of the process and clear visualization of all measuring and device data. An adaptation to customer-specific solutions as well as easy integration of third-party devices is feasible due to the standardized and freely configurable individual units of out IoT-Center.
Unser IoT-Center sorgt für eine passgenaue Anbindung und Identifizierung aller IoT-Geräte (Mikrocomputer, Controller, Sensoren, Erweiterungskarten etc.) sowie eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen allen Komponenten des Netzwerks. Die integrierten Verwaltungs- und Visualisierungstools ermöglichen das Echtzeit-Monitoring der Prozesse vor Ort sowie die unmissverständliche Abbildung aller Geräte- und Messdaten. Da die einzelnen Komponenten des IoT-Centers standardisiert und dennoch frei konfigurierbar sind, ist eine Anpassung an kundenspezifische Lösungen und die Integration von Fremdgeräten problemlos möglich.

Създаване на специфични за клиента решения, както и лесната интеграция на външни устройства от трети страни са лесно осъществими и постижими, благодарение на стандартизираните и конфигурируеми отделни елементи на IoT центъра.
Our IoT-Center enables an all-encompassing view of the whole process. Sensors record an occurrence, controllers interact with actuators and with the use of expansion cards it is possible to increase the scale of the network thereby enlarging the overall spectrum of the system. Depending on the used communication technology, microcomputers transport encrypted and signed commands and data to the server via a mobile network, gateway or router. To enable communication with third-party IoT solutions, the IoT-Center uses the standard MQTT protocol. The central server – MQTT broker – records the entire data situation of the network. The broker stores and manages all information on topics, their prioritization, identification of subscribers and the exact distribution of messages.
Die Arbeit des IoT-Centers beginnt und endet am Ort des Geschehens. Dort, wo Sensoren das Geschehen aufzeichnen, Controller mit Aktoren interagieren und Erweiterungskarten das Netzwerk vergrößern. Je nach Funktechnologie transportieren Mikrocomputer Daten und Befehle – verschlüsselt und signiert – über Mobilnetz, Gateway oder Router zum Server. Um die Kommunikation mit IoT-Lösungen von Drittanbietern zu ermöglichen, verwendet das IoT-Center das Standartprotokoll MQTT. Der zentrale Server – MQTT-Broker – erfasst die gesamte Datenlage des Netzwerkes. Im Broker findet die Speicherung, Verwaltung aller Informationen zu Topics, ihre Priorisierung, Identifizierung der Abonnenten sowie die exakte Nachrichtenverteilung statt.

Комуникацията се осъществява чрез стандартен MQTT протокол, който позволява комуникация и с външни IoT решения. Централният сървър, наричан MQTT брокер, записва всички слоеве данни в мрежата. Брокерът съхранява и управлява цялата информация, разделяйки я на топици, по приоритет, според идентификацията на абоната и разпространението на съобщенията.

The cloud database guarantees the scalable storage of device data centered around the data volume, variety, speed and accuracy. The web app of the IoT-Center depicts the entire data situation and enables users to monitor the information in real time, track the time processes and recognize patterns based on clear infographic diagrams.
Über den integrierten Benachrichtigungsdienst werden dem Anwender jegliche Abweichungen festgelegter Schwellwerte auf sein Endgerät geschickt. Die Cloud-Datenbank gewährleistet die skalierbare Speicherung der Gerätedaten - mit Blick auf Datenvolumen, -vielfalt, -geschwindigkeit und -richtigkeit. Die Web App des IoT Centers bildet schlussendlich die gesamte Datenlage ab und ermöglicht Anwendern, die Daten in Echtzeit zu monitoren, Zeitverläufe zu verfolgen und Muster anhand von anschaulichen Diagrammen zu erkennen.
